KALM’S LOBELIA (Lobelia kalmia)

The diminutive spikes of , white-throated blue flowers are often overlooked in native prairies, but that doesn’t make them any less important. Finding these little treasures is part of what makes exploring native prairie habitats so rewarding.

Grows with obedient plant, four-flowered yellow loosestrife, mat muhly, bog muhly, and spike rush.
