PANICLED ASTER (Symphyotrichum lanceolatum)
A common aster of medium to moist soils, panicled aster is commonly found along woodland edges, shorelines and in wet meadows. Flower colour can range from white to pink to light blue. Plants produce copious amounts of flowers and can become so laden that they fall over from the weight of them all. Panicled aster tends to form colonies due to its long rhizomes.
